The five precision brass bars (1/8, 3/16, 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2") are now available in extra long size of 4". The extra length comes in handy when cutters on a shaper knife are set to precise heights, as the longer bars can reach over the cutter "well". Same is true for router table setups when the router table has a large hole for large diameter cutters. The longer length also makes the bars more difficult to get lost in wood shavings! |
