The following ground delivery prices to anywhere in the continental US are:
$7.50 on orders totaling up to $20.00
$9.35 on orders totaling $20.01 to $50.00
$11.25 on orders totaling $50.01 to $80.00
$12.50 on orders totaling $80.01-99.99
$15 on orders over $100.
